A ground-up rebuild of a home lost in the Eaton Fire, reimagined as a coastal English cottage. Sage-green cabinetry, honed marble, and a stacked-stone kitchen anchor an open living and dining space with exposed beams and built-in bookcases, while dark-green steel windows frame the ocean, warm and characterful with modern fire-resilient construction.
